1 . CONTENTS OF THE PROJECT 1.1 . Project purpose Creation of productions on assembly of planes in the territory of Bashkiria. The organization of production of the new plane will be carried out by cooperation of machine-building enterprises of the republic. 1.1.1 . Introduction. After disorder of the USSR of production of Bashkiria appeared without sales markets. There was a reduction of number working at aviaproductions from 230 thousand to 30 thousand. At the same time development of space productions and projects in the world reached the offer on drilling of asteroids on gold near Earth. Scientists of Bashkiria it is offered to create space complexes on development of asteroids [1, 2]. For this purpose it is originally necessary to create assembly productions of planes in RB territory. 1.2 . Project description The project provides the organization of production of planes in RB territory. - the organization of assembly production of planes for creation of domestic market of the Republic of Bashkortostan; The developer of the concept and design of the plane is the Tu company – Kazan. Planned suppliers of the main systems and components for modules of the plane are machine-building enterprises of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Bashkortostan. The planned supplier of the engine – UEPA concern. The schedule of localization of production provides increase in a share of the Russian suppliers from 50% in 2013 to 85% in 2018.
